Holidays are so much fun with young kids - any holiday - even the ones invented by commercial industries forcing you to tell people you love them. :) Even if I didn't have a "valentine" or any presents waiting for me, or any secret admirers or anything like that, I had two adorable kiddos super excited to see me when I got home that night from work. So we celebrated the best way I know how, by MAKING COOKIES!!!
The kids LOVE to decorate sugar cookies.
Not only were they cute, but super delicious.
Then for dinner I decided we would make a homemade heart shaped pizza. It turned out super cute and delicious as well and a huge hit with the kiddos.
I love my two little valentines and am so thankful for their love in my life.
