Happy Halloween

We started celebrating Halloween the Friday before at my office.  Every year they let the kids trick-or-treat around the floors and every year they get a ton of candy without having to get cold.  They also get to hang out with Mom at work, which they think is AWESOME.  We were a family of witches/wizard this year. 

 

Cannon put my head set on and said "Hello, Santa?  Are you there?"  

So cute.

Kylee entertained herself with my little ring toss game I got from a training we did.  They pretty much think everything at my office is extremely cool...even when it's not.  :) 

We only walked around about 1 1/2 floors of the 4 floors and my kids were done.  Kylee was more interested in giving out candy than getting it.  She is a sweetheart.  

 

That Saturday night I went to an Adult Halloween party at my dear friend Jenn's and had an amazing time.  I haven't partied with just adults in a very long time. It was so awesome and much needed.  

Halloween day Cannon's preschool did a cute parade after their party. 

  

  Cannon was the cutest little wizard. 

  

 After the parade they sang us a couple Halloween songs.  

 

  

Kylee's school didn't let them dress up at school.  :(  

That night we went to my mom's house and celebrated with the family.  

Seriously, my Grandma is the CUTEST!!!

We ate "Frankenstein's brain" for dinner.  Kylee and Cannon both thought it was disgusting, until they tried it.  We also had homemade donuts (I had 4) and of course tons of candy. 

 

We had a very fun night full of lots and lots of laughs.  

The MIB song came on the Halloween song mix and Me, Donny, and Emilee busted out some pretty awesome moves.  Please tell me we aren't the only ones who remember the dance to that song?

After a quick walk around my mom's block the kids and I visited some friends in the neighborhood.  The weather was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and we had a pretty awesome night.
